For the second year in a row, Boot Düsseldorf is canceling one of the world's largest yacht shows due to COVID and new regulations announced by the German government.

Due to the spread of the Omicron virus variant, there are additional restrictions on events in Germany effective December 30th. This also affects Boot Düsseldorf, which, as an interregional exhibition, cannot take place in 2022 due to the measures taken against COVID.

The organizers' press release states the following:

“It is with a heavy heart that we are forced to cancel the Boot Düsseldorf trade fair in January 2022. The pandemic must be overcome as quickly as possible so that exhibitions can work as usual again. We ask all interested parties for understanding and support. In 2023, we will definitely return and work at full strength.



A heartfelt thanks from the entire Boot team to all exhibitors, associations and partners who have been with us so far. We are confident that together we will have a successful Boot 2023 ″.
